The Combined Probation Areas (Lancashire) Order 1998

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Combined Probation Areas (Lancashire) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st January 1999.

Section 2

That part of the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 which relates to the Lancashire Area , shall be amended by–

(a) substituting for the reference to Blackpool in column 1 a reference to Blackpool and Fylde;

(b) omitting the entry in respect of the petty sessions area of Fylde.
