Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st March 1998.

Section 2

The following are hereby designated as institutions eligible for funding under Part 1 of the Education Act 1994:—
(a) Business in the Community.
(b) The Marches Consortium Limited.
(c) Max Gate Consultancy Limited.
(d) Somerset County Council.
