Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1998 Partial Revocation (No.3) Order 1998 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 1st September 1998.

Section 2Revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1998 insofar as it remains in force is revoked.
