Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation (No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 22nd September 1998.

Section 2

The Centre for Information on Language Teaching and Research, a registered charity , is hereby designated as an institution eligible for funding under Part 1 of the Education Act 1994.
