Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Gaming Clubs (Multiple Bingo) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st October 1998.

Section 2

For regulation 2 of the Gaming Clubs (Multiple Bingo) Regulations 1986 there shall be substituted the following—

(2) The number of games of multiple bingo that may be played on any bingo club premises in any period of twenty-four hours beginning at midnight shall be three.

Section 3

The Gaming Clubs (Multiple Bingo) (Amendment) Regulations 1991 are hereby revoked.
