Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 5th October 1998.

Section 2

(1) The Service Subsidy Agreements (Tendering) Regulations 1985 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3(1)(b)–

(a) for “10,000”, in both places where it occurs, there shall be substituted “£12,000”, and

(b) in paragraph (iii) for “£50,000” there shall be substituted “£70,000”.
