Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Amusement Machine Licence Duty (Small-prize Machines) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st October 1998.

Section 2

The Amusement Machine Licence Duty (Small-prize Machines) Order 1996 is hereby revoked.

Section 3

In section 22(2) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 for “£10” there shall be substituted “£15”.
