Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Channel Islands and Isle of Man) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 5th October 1998.

Section 2Interpretation
In these Regulations, “the 1998 Regulations ” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998 .
Section 3Extension of the 1998 Regulations to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
The 1998 Regulations are hereby amended by the insertion of the following regulation after regulation 2—
(3) These Regulations other than regulation 2(d) shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
