Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 9th October 1998.

Section 2Amendment to the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Regulations 1992
In Schedule 3 to the Road Works (Registers, Notices, Directions and Designations) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 in column 1 (Local Authority Identifier Code) the figure “9081” in relation to East Dunbartonshire shall be deleted and there shall be substituted the figure “9061”.
