Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Applications and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 19th October 1998.

Section 2 Application fees

Regulation 2 of the Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1992 shall be amended as follows–

(a) in paragraph (1), after “Environment” insert “, Transport and the Regions”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(a), for “£230” substitute “£300”; and

(c) in paragraph (2)(b), for “£185” substitute “£250”.

Section 3 Revocation

The Reservoirs (Panels of Civil Engineers) (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 are hereby revoked.
