Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Specified Risk Material (Coming into Force Date) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 7th October 1998.

Section 2Amendment to the Specified Risk Material (Amendment) Regulations 1998

(1) The Specified Risk Material (Amendment) Regulations 1998 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this regulation.

(2) In regulation 1 (title and commencement) there is substituted for the date “19th October” the date “8th October”.
