Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 8th October 1998.

Section 2

For the Schedule to the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

Article 2 of and the Schedule to the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1998 are hereby revoked.
