Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Pensions (Transfer Between Judicial Pension Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 2nd November 1998.

Section 2

For regulation 6(1)(d) of the Judicial Pensions (Transfer Between Judicial Pension Schemes) Regulations 1995 substitute—

(d) D is the salary of the office that the member held while a member of the immediately following former scheme or the last existing scheme, as appropriate, at the date of transfer into that scheme.
