Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 2nd November 1998.

Section 2 Variations

The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 is varied by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Variations

Schedule 2 is deleted and replaced with the following schedule:

Areas of the trunk road red route (clearway) to which the prohibitions and restrictions specified in article 3(1) do not apply.
