Section 1Citation and Commencement

These Rules may be cited as the General Osteopathic Council (Conditional Registration) (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into force on the date on which the Order approving them does so.

Section 2Amendment of General Osteopathic Council (Conditional Registration) Rules 1998

In rule 3(3) of the General Osteopathic Council (Conditional Registration) Rules 1998 , for the words “registered osteopaths” there shall be substituted the words “fully registered osteopaths”.
