Section 1

The said regulations are hereby approved.

Section 2

The Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 1995 , which has become spent upon the approval of the regulations approved by this Order, is hereby revoked.

Section 3

This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 1998, and shall come into force forthwith.

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations 1997.

Section 2

The Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations 1967 are hereby amended:—

By the deletion of the first sentence of Regulation 9 and the substitution therefor of the following:—

The fee for sitting the whole of the statutory examination shall be £800 and for sitting any part of the examination taken separately in terms of Regulation 6 of these Regulations shall be £400.

Section 3

The Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) (Amendment) Regulations 1994 are hereby revoked.
