Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 16th March 1998.

Section 2 Amendment of the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) Order 1996

(1) Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames) Order 1996 shall be amended as follows.

(2) At the end of paragraph 21(b)(iii) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

(iv) (service road fronting 250 to 264 Malden Way) between a point opposite the common boundary between 260 and 262 Malden Way to the eastern end of the service road at its junction with South Lane
