Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Limit in Relation to Provision of Digital Programme Services Order 1998 and shall come into force on 14th November 1998.

The Limit in Relation to Provision of Digital Programme Services Order 1998
Section 2Amendment to paragraph 7 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990
Paragraph 7 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Broadcasting Act 1990 shall be amended as follows:–
(a) in sub-paragraph (7)(b) the number “24” shall be substituted by the number “40” and the number “4” shall be substituted by the number “10”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (7)(c) the number “24” shall be substituted by the number “40”.
