Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Bethlem and Maudsley National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 8th December 1998.
(2) In this Order–
“the Special Trustees” means the King’s College Hospital Special Trustees;
“the Trust” means the Bethlem and Maudsley National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the item specified in part B of the Certificate of Authentication of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Special Trustees and the Trust on 15th August 1996; which certificate has been signed on behalf of both the Special Trustees and the Trust.
