Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 (Commencement No.2) Order 1998.

Section 2 Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 is 21st November 1998–

(a) sections 7 to 10;

(b) Schedule 1; and

(c) Schedule 9, paragraphs 4(3) and 5(3) so far as not already in force.
