Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Council Tax (Discount Disregards) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Care workers' weekly remuneration

In paragraph 1(c) of the Schedule to the Council Tax (Additional Provisions for Discount Disregards) Regulations 1992 for “£30” there is substituted “£36”.
