Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Riverside Mental Health, the North West London Mental Health and the West London Healthcare National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Riverside Mental Health National Health Service Trust established by the Riverside Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
(2) The North West London Mental Health National Health Service Trust established by the North West London Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
(3) The West London Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the West London Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
