Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A1400 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 26th January 1998.

Section 2 Amendments

The A1400 Trunk Road (Redbridge) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Amendments

In the table in Schedule 3A item 2 is deleted.

Section 4 Amendments

In the table in Schedule 2B a new item is added as follows—

In the table in Schedule 4 item 2 is amended as follows—

Between its junction with the Eastern Avenue (A12) (Gants Hill Roundabout) and a point 2.0 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 25 and 27 Woodford Avenue.

Section 6 Amendments

In the table in Schedule 4 item 3 is amended as follows—

Between a point 1.0 metres north-west of the commmon boundary of Nos. 33 and 35 Woodford Avenue and a point opposite the north-western boundary of No. 35 Woodford Avenue.
