Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st January 1999.

Section 2

The Civil Aviation (Joint Financing) Regulations 1997 shall be amended as follows:

(a) in regulation 4(1) for the sums £62.88, £17.80 and £45.08 there shall be substituted respectively the sums £45.69, £9.76 and £35.93;

(b) in regulation 15(2) for the figure 22.137% there shall be substituted the figure 14.883%.
