Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for Newcastle University Hospital (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 29th December 1998.
(2) In this Order–
“the Special Trustees” means the Special Trustees for Newcastle University Hospital;
“the Trust” means the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the Special Trustees and the Trust on 5th October 1998.
