The Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 3) Order 1998

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 3) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 28th December 1998, but shall have effect from the dates specified in articles 2, 3 and 4.

Section 2

Employment by the Churches Conservation Trust is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 3rd October 1994.

Section 3

With effect from 1st July 1996:

(a) the office of member of the Parole Board is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972; and

(b) the office of Chairman of the Parole Board is hereby removed from the offices listed in that Schedule.

Section 4

The office of the Legal Services Ombudsman is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 22nd September 1997.
