Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Curfew Order (Responsible Officer) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 10th December 1998.

Section 2

In article 4 of the Curfew Order (Responsible Officer) Order 1997 , for the words “Geografix Limited, Hurricane Way, Norwich NR6 6EW” there shall be substituted the words “Premier Monitoring Services Limited, Centennial Court, Easthampstead Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1YQ”.
