Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Leicestershire Mental Health Service and the Fosse Health, Leicestershire Community National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Leicestershire Mental Health Service National Health Service Trust established by the Leicestershire Mental Health Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.

(2) The Fosse Health, Leicestershire Community National Health Service Trust established by the Fosse Health, Leicestershire Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 shall be dissolved on 1st April 1999, and accordingly that Order revoked on that date.
