This Order may be cited as the Foreign Satellite Service Proscription (No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 30th December 1998.

Section 2
The foreign satellite service which at the date of making this Order is known as Eros TV is hereby proscribed for the purposes of section 178 of the Broadcasting Act 1990.
