Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Priority of Charges) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 9th March 1998.

Section 2Specified Bodies

The following bodies are hereby specified as approved lending institutions for the purposes of section 156 of the Housing Act 1985 (priority of charges)—
(a) Mortgages PLC —Company No. 03320975
(b) The Money Store Limited—Company No. 03319091
(c) The Money Store Company (No. 1) Limited—Company No. 3456337
(d) The Money Store Company (No. 2) Limited—Company No. 3456341
