Section 1 Commencement and Citation

This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 11th January 1999.

Section 2 Variations

The A41 Trunk Road (Camden) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 is varied as provided by the following provision of this Order.

Section 3 Variations

In schedule 2B, the following text is added after item 6:

(6A) Finchley Road, south-west side, from a point 1 metre south-east of the party wall of 303 and 305 Finchley Road south-eastward for a distance of 12 metres.

Section 4 Variations

In schedule 3B, item 11 is substituted as follows:

Finchley Road, north-east side, from the party wall of 144 and 146 Finchley Road south-eastwards for a distance of 18 metres.

Section 5 Variations

In schedule 4, item 14 is substituted as follows:

Finchley Road, north-east side, between a point 26 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Frognal Court and the party wall of 144 and 146 Finchley Road.

Section 6 Variations

In schedule 4, item 15 is substituted as follows:

Finchley Road, north-east side, between a point 18 metres south-east of the party wall of 144 and 146 Finchley Road and a point 2 metres north-west of the north-western boundary of No. 134 Finchley Road.

Section 7 Variations

In schedule 4, item 33 is substituted as follows:

Finchley Road, south-west side, from the party wall of 307 and 309 Finchley Road to a point 1 metre south-east of the party wall of 303 and 305 Finchley Road.

Section 8 Variations

In schedule 4 the following text is added after item 33:

(33A) Finchley Road, south-west side, from a point 13 metres south-east of the party wall of 303 and 305 Finchley Road to a point 16 metres north-west of the party wall of 283 and 285 Finchley Road.
