Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Messengers-at-Arms) (Amendment) 1998 and shall come into force on 31st December 1998.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Amendment of fees

(1) The Act of Sederunt (Fees of Messengers-at-Arms) 1998 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 6(a) of the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to that Act of Sederunt, for each of the entries “£49.45” substitute “£49.95”.
