Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

Regulation 2(2)(c) of the Council Tax (Discounts) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 shall be amended by substituting “£36” for “£30”.
