Section 1Citiation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Order (Prescribed Forms) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998 and shall come into force on 2nd March 1998.

Section 2Notice of Public Processions and related protest meetings

Advance notice of a public procession shall be in Form 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations and advance notice of a related protest meeting shall be in Form 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations.

Section 3Revocation

The Public Order (Prescribed Form) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997 are hereby revoked.
