Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2

In article 2 of the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) Order 1986 —
(a) in paragraph (a), for “£148,000” there shall be substituted “£152,000”; and
(b) in paragraph (b), for “£143,000” there shall be substituted “£146,500”.

Section 3

The Gaming (Bingo) Act (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1995 is hereby revoked.
