Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for Westminster and Roehampton Hospitals (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 27th March 1998.

(2) In this Order—

“the Special Trustees” means the Special Trustees for Westminster and Roehampton Hospitals;

“the Trust” means the Chelsea and Westminster Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the Special Trustees and the Trust on 22nd December 1997.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 27th March 1998 the trust property shall be transferred from the Special Trustees to the Trust.
