Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dissolution of the North Downs Community Health National Health Service Trust and the Heathlands Mental Health National Health Service Trust Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The North Downs Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the North Downs Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.

(2) The Heathlands Mental Health National Health Service Trust established by the Heathlands Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
