Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Public Processions (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 (Code of Conduct) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 3rd March 1998.

Section 2Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct laid in draft before Parliament on 23rd February 1998 providing guidance to persons organising a public procession or protest meeting and regulating the conduct of persons organising or taking part in such a procession or meeting shall come into operation on 3rd March 1998.
