Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1996 shall be further amended in accordance with regulation 3.

Section 3

(1) In regulation 27(6), for “£31.00” there shall be substituted “£32.75”.
(2) In regulation 45(5) for “£10” there shall be substituted “£15”.
(3) For Schedule 5 (fees for tests) there shall be substituted—
