Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 5th February 1998.

Section 2

Article 2 of the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 shall be amended by the insertion, after the words “to this Order”, of the words “, or a person holding a travel document issued by the purported “Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus”,”.
