Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Disability Discrimination (Repeal of section 17 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act, 1944) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Repeal

Section 17 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act, 1944 are hereby repealed.
