Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Combined Probation Areas (Leicestershire and Rutland ) Order 1998.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2
For the reference to Leicestershire as a probation area in Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986 there shall be substituted a reference to Leicestershire and Rutland.
