Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection (Waste Recycling Payments) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Amendment of regulations

For the Schedule to the Environmental Protection (Waste Recycling Payments) Regulations 1992 there shall be substituted—

REPRESENTATIVE SAVINGS IN WASTE DISPOSAL COSTS

Section 3Revocation

Regulation 3 of the Waste Management (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1977 (which last substituted a new Schedule to the 1992 Regulations) is hereby revoked.
