Section 1Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Adopted Persons (Contact Register) (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Amendment of the Adopted Persons (Contact Register) (Fees) Rules 1991

In rule 2 of the Adopted Persons (Contact Register) (Fees) Rules 1991 (fees payable for entries in the register) —
(a) in paragraph (1) for “£9.50” there shall be substituted “£15.00”; and
(b) in paragraph (2) for “£27.50” there shall be substituted “£30.00”.
