Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the West Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trust

The West Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust established by the West Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1995 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
