Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the South and East Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS Trust
The South and East Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust established by the South and East Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order and the South and East Wales Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 1996 are hereby revoked.
