Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Dissolution of the Crawley Horsham National Health Service Trust and the East Surrey Healthcare National Health Service Trust Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts
(1) The Crawley Horsham National Health Service Trust established by the Crawley Horsham National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
(2) The East Surrey Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the East Surrey Hospital and Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
