Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dissolution of the Royal Brompton Hospital National Health Service Trust and the Harefield Hospital National Health Service Trust Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The Royal Brompton National Health Service Trust established by the Royal Brompton Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.

(2) The Harefield Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Harefield Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
