Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dissolution of the Ashford Hospital National Health Service Trust and the St. Peter’s Hospital National Health Service Trust Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Ashford Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Ashford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.

(2) The St. Peter’s Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the St. Peter’s Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
