Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dissolution of the North Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trust and the Thameslink Healthcare Services National Health Service Trust Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trusts

(1) The North Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trust established by the North Kent Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.

(2) The Thameslink Healthcare Services National Health Service Trust established by the Thameslink Healthcare Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
